Hello Friend,
Whether you are joining us for the first time or you have been part of Focus Forward Women before, I am so glad you landed here. There is something special about women making the decision to gather and grow together. What began as a vision in 2022, became a space where women come together to grow in faith, find strength in sisterhood and make room for what God is doing in their lives.
Every time we gather, we are reminded of God's faithfulness through worship, teaching, conversation, laughter and moments we could never fully plan. We believe you are here for a reason.
So many women are showing up faithfully while carrying weight no one else fully sees. No matter what season you are in and what you are carrying there is room for you here. I believe God is going to meet us with compassion, healing, truth and a kind of encouragement that helps keep us moving and focusing forward.
I’m grateful you’re here, and I cannot wait to gather with you.

FROM A VISION TO A LIFE-CHANGING GATHERING
What began in 2022 as a vision to create a space for women to be encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of who they are in God has grown into a gathering that continues to impact women’s lives. Regina recognized a need for women to have dedicated time away from the weight of their everyday routines. Time to worship, learn, reflect, develop, and reconnect with God and like-minded women.
Focus Forward Women brings together theology, psychology, leadership insight, and expert voices to help women engage life from a whole-life leadership perspective. We believe formation matters because who we are becoming shapes how we lead, love, serve, heal, decide, and carry what God has entrusted to us.
Through seasons of growth and change, the heart of Focus Forward Women has remained the same: to glorify God and create environments where women encounter Him, find strength in sisterhood, and make room for what He is forming in their lives.
As we look toward Focus Forward Women 2026, our prayer is that every woman who walks through the doors would leave refreshed, strengthened, and reminded that she is deeply seen by God.
