Our Story
Focus Forward began as obedience.
Before it was a conference, before it was a gathering, it was a conviction. A quiet but persistent call to create space for women who were carrying more than most people could see.

The vision was shaped through seasons of loss, instability, rebuilding, leadership, and formation. Through grief at seventeen. Through seasons of uncertainty. Through marriage, motherhood, and professional responsibility. Through learning how to fix your eyes on Jesus when life feels heavier than you expected.
In every season, one truth became clear. If you do not learn how to focus forward, you collapse under what is behind you or around you.

Forward focus became faith. It became formation.
As the years passed and leadership experience deepened, a larger question began to form:
"What would happen if women were strengthened internally at the same pace they were increasing externally?"
"What would change in homes, churches, workplaces, and communities if women built emotional capacity and spiritual steadiness before the next level of responsibility arrived?"

Focus Forward was born from that question.

What started as one woman’s obedience became a shared vision. Women of faith, expertise, and lived wisdom began gathering to create spaces where spiritual grounding meets psychological insight. Where worship meets honesty. Where formation matters more than performance.
This is not just an event. It is a rallying call for women to return, rebuild, and rise steady.
This is our story.
And this is our time to lead forward.
