Hello Friend,
Whether you are joining us for the first time or you have been part of the Focus Forward Women's Conference before, I am so glad you landed here. There is something special about women making the decision to gather and grow together. What began as a vision in 2022, became a space where women come together to grow in faith, find strength in sisterhood and make room for what the Holy Spirit wants to do in their lives.
Every time we gather, we are reminded of God's faithfulness through worship, teaching, conversation, laughter and moments we could never fully plan. As we look toward to the Focus Forward Women's Conference 2026, our prayer is that every woman who walks through the doors would encounter the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and leave refreshed, strengthened, and certain, no matter what she's facing, that her story isn't over, because in Christ, there is always a way forward.

FROM A VISION TO A LIFE-CHANGING GATHERING
Focus Forward Women is a ministry. The women's conference is one part of it.
In 2022, Regina Donaldson saw that many women were carrying the full weight of life's responsibilities and stress. They were stuck in seasons of burnout and exhaustion and losing sight of their purpose and calling along the way. So she created a space to meet that need: time away from the weight of everyday life to worship, reflect, grow, and reconnect with God and with women learning the same lesson, how to keep looking forward instead of staying stuck.
What started as one gathering grew into a ministry. We saw that our community needed more, so we offer a range of events designed to encourage, develop, and prepare women to go back into the marketplace, their homes, and their communities equipped. Our annual conference is the largest of these. We bring together women in different leadership roles, with different areas of expertise, to serve our community, because this isn't something one person can do. It takes all of us.
Through every season of change, our heart has stayed the same: to glorify God and make room for women to encounter the Gospel honestly, find strength in sisterhood, and hold on to hope for what He's already preparing next. To do that, we bring together theology, psychology, and leadership insight to help women carry Christ into every part of their lives and become all that God is forming them to be.
