Welcome from Regina
Hello Friend,
Whether you are joining us for the first time or you have been part of Focus Forward Women before, I am so glad you landed here. There is something special about women making the decision to gather and grow together. What began as a vision in 2022, became a space where women come together to grow in faith, find strength in sisterhood and make room for what God is doing in their lives.
Every time we gather, we are reminded of God's faithfulness through worship, teaching, conversation, laughter and moments we could never fully plan. We believe you are here for a reason.
So many women are showing up faithfully while carrying weight no one else fully sees. No matter what season you are in and what you are carrying there is room for you here. I believe God is going to meet us with compassion, healing, truth and a kind of encouragement that helps keep us moving and focusing forward.
I’m grateful you’re here, and I cannot wait to gather with you.

With love,
Regina Donaldson

FROM A VISION TO A LIFE-CHANGING GATHERING
Life doesn't pause while you get ready for it. The job doesn't stop needing you. The family doesn't stop needing you. And somewhere in the middle of carrying it all, a lot of women lose sight of something essential: that whatever season they're in isn't the end of the story. In 2022, Regina recognized that need and built a space to meet it, dedicated time away from the weight of everyday life to worship, reflect, grow, and reconnect with God and with women who are learning the same thing: how to keep looking forward instead of staying stuck.
Through every season of change, our heart has stayed the same: to glorify God and create room for women to encounter Him honestly, find strength in sisterhood, and hold on to hope for what He's already preparing next. So, we bring together theology, psychology, and leadership insight to help women become all of who God is forming them to be.
As we look toward Focus Forward Women 2026, our prayer is that every woman who walks through the doors would leave refreshed, strengthened, and certain, no matter what she's facing, that her story isn't over, and neither is His work in her.
